OFFICE VOLUNTEERS

Help with database management, volunteer coordination, and research on key issues affecting the watershed

Database Manager
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours every two weeks
Location: in your own home or at FLOW office
Tasks: enter data into database and assist in preparing reports when needed
Skills: previous experience with database helpful (will train in our system)

Office Coordinator
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours every two weeks
Location: FLOW office in Columbus
Tasks: filing and archiving, ordering supplies, mail processing, light cleaning
Skills: Quickbooks (or ability to be trained)

Volunteer Coordinator
Time Commitment: 3-4 hours per week
Location: at home or FLOW office, at various events throughout the watershed
Tasks: assist Watershed Coordinator to recruit volunteers, track volunteer hours, coordinate volunteer appreciation efforts, and organize a yearly volunteer appreciation event
Skills: enjoy working with people, previous database experience helpful

401 Response Coordinator(s)
Time Commitment: occasional on-call, as permits arise
Location: in your own home or at FLOW office (may require visits to EPA office or attendance at public meetings)
Tasks: research, develop, and present comments for EPA 401 permits or similar
Skills: writing, public speaking, knowledge of 401 process useful but not mandatory
